I want the ordering experience to feel as considered as the photography. The information below explains the general process for production, delivery, damage, returns, and order changes.
Shipping
Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are determined during checkout. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and can vary by carrier, destination, weather, and seasonal volume.
Tracking & Delivery
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout and monitor tracking for delivery updates.
Damage in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact me promptly and keep the original packaging. Include photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, and damaged print so the issue can be documented and resolved.
Returns & Exchanges
Because fine-art prints may be made specifically for an order, change-of-mind returns or exchanges may be limited. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately. Please also review the Refund Policy for the terms that apply to your purchase.
Cancellations & Address Changes
If you need to cancel an order or correct a shipping address, contact me as soon as possible. Once production or shipment has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
